Service / Staff

We can provide you with the service and staff you would like. You may have your own hired professional chef in the kitchen, backed up by our own staff, and/or have assistance or cleaning staff available to the extent you wish. You decide how much service is to be included in your rental package. In order to afford you full privacy, our staff will not normally remain in the lodge building when not in service, unless otherwise requested.

Meals / Food

All dishes, from breakfast to 3-course dinner, can be adapted to the price level of your choice. In the morning we can welcome you with a complete breakfast buffet, and cook and serve your lunch or dinner; alternatively you can choose to bring in your own catering and supply your own meals. Choose from the chef’s ŕ la carte menu or from catering menus from our suppliers.
We can offer you dishes at various price levels from our range of supplier menus; for example:
  • 3-course dinner from our chef’s menu
  • Main dishes from the ŕ la carte menu
  • Hot or cold buffets
  • Pies or salads
  • Sandwiches

Prices ranges per person: Breakfast, continental or buffet, 95 – 150 SEK; Lunch, 105 – 250 SEK; and Dinners, 195 – 695 SEK. Rent a Chef costs 395 SEK per hour, minimum 4 hours; and serving staff 295 SEK per hour, minimum 4 hours. Prices include VAT.
