About Elfsala Lodge - anno 1760

Welcome to rent Elfsala Lodge for having meetings or accommodation in a private and secluded environment. The house is a newly renovated former fishermen's inn from year 1760 in the middle of the Stockholm archipelago and a unique house in the Swedish archipelago environment.

The building was acquired in 2005 and has been renovated with care, to a high standard, and has been adapted specifically for letting for executive meetings, family gatherings, small conferences or company receptions etc., with or without accommodation.

The lodge is peaceful and secluded, with large lawn areas, only 15 meters from the sea, with a rowboat at the jetty and a sauna by the beach.

In the lodge with its 8 rooms and about 170 square meters of floor space, there is a living room, a dining room and a side room; they all have fireplaces. There are 4 double bedrooms with shower & WC; there is a TV lounge and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
The interior design is inspired by Swedish 18th century Gustav III (Swedish monarch) stile, mixed with modern classic Swedish décor. Every room has a view of the sea, and the lodge and its surroundings are of great beauty.

All access roads, including the one up to the lodge, are tarred and are kept open all year round; it only takes 35 minutes by car to reach the lodge from central Stockholm. From April to October you can also get here by motor vessel and enjoy the stunningly beautiful sea route through the Stockholm 1000-island archipelago.

You are most welcome to Elfsala Lodge.
