Meeting & Conferences
Elfsala Lodge is perfect for executive conferences, or for any form of meeting you might want to have in total privacy, in a relaxing environment.
We offer you private, quiet surroundings in a stylish, classical Swedish and cultural archipelago environment, fresh air and excellent opportunities to complete a stay with memorable meals and archipelago activities.
Due to our secluded, private location, the lodge is very suitable for small conferences or meetings which require total confidentiality and security.
The lodge building is very suitable for accommodation of up to 12 people, but you can have daytime arrangements for up to 16. In the three main rooms of the lodge, you can hold conferences, have private meetings, or run workshops.
If you want to stay the night, we have 8 beds in 4 bedrooms in the lodge itself; 3 more people can be accommodated in the annex.
The house is equipped with wireless broadband and conference equipment.

Receptions and lunch/dinners
Elfsala Lodge is very suitable for representative receptions, lunch or dinners that you would like to hold in private, and for showing the best of Swedish culture and Stockholm Archipelago. With that in mind, we offer the Swedish “home feeling” environment and the fantastic Archipelago location as a great experience for you and your guests. We can also arrange outdoor receptions, garden parties or other events for up to about 50 people in the lodge gardens.
Our chef and staff can arrange the most fantastic meals for you or, if you would wish, it's also possible for you to bring your own chef or catering staff.
If you so wish, we can arrange a total event for you with transportation, meals, staff, tents and activities, etc.
The cost of renting Elfsala Lodge for a one-day company conference or event is 6.500 SEK + 150:- SEK/person or with accommodation 600:- SEK/person, following days is 3.600 SEK/day. For example; accommodation for 8 people 24 hours is 1.413:- SEK per head; all prices are excl. 12% VAT. Please contact us for more price information.
For events in the gardens for more than 16 people we can give you a quote.
